If you're shopping for car lifts, you've probably been doing your "homework", surfing the web. And you should! The web has created a buyer's market and distributors have to be competitive. If you've been comparing prices, you already know that there are many out there for a wide range of prices. So, what questions should you ask before spending your money? Who is the manufacturer? The reason for this charge is that the equipment has to be transferred from a 48 foot trailer to a "pup" truck in order to access residential neighborhoods. Taking your money is the easy part, but if you read the fine print on many lift sites you're told to "contact the manufacturer" if the lift is not working or you have a problem with the lift.
